Full of antioxidants and healthy fats this smoothie is a great way to boost your nutrient intake. Particularly for those who don't eat enough leafy greens.

Hesitant about the avocado and kale? I can hardly taste it. My kids love this smoothie and you are bound to love it too. Freeze it in squeezy pouches such as Kai carriers and you have a quick after dinner treat or a brilliant lunch box filler.

BLUEBERRY AVOCADO & KALE SMOOTHIE

Dairy free, Gluten Free

1 cup frozen organic blueberries

A large handful of kale, stalks removed (or baby spinach)

1/2 an avocado

1 ripe banana, preferably frozen  (if not, may need to add some ice)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk

Blitz in a blender until smooth.
